Bill McDaniel, Administrator, Savannah Grace
Bill McDaniel comes to Savannah Grace with 10 years of healthcare experience. Bill was born and raised in West Virginia and received his Bachelors in Health Care Management from Marshall University. Bill and his wife Kim moved to Mt. Pleasant in 2007 with their newborn daughter, Emma. Bill is always up for a good hunting or fishing story and enjoys being outdoors any chance he gets.

Ashley Alexander, Director of Sales
Ashley Alexander is the Director of Sales for The Palms of Mt. Pleasant. She has been with Bell Senior Living for over four years. She is orignally from Greenville, SC and received her B.A. in Speech and Communication with a minor in Psychology and Sociology. She enjoys working with seniors and assisting them in their search for the perfect retirement community! Ashley speaks French fluently and enjoys painting in her spare time.

Mike Butch, Director of Maintenance
Mike Butch has been working for Bell Senior Living for over two years now! He loves the daily interaction with the residents. Mike is married to Karen and has two children, Alex and Emma. In his free time, he enjoys playing paintball with his son and has recently taken up shrimping.

Doug Polmann, Director of Food and Beverage Services
Doug is the Director of Food & Beverage at The Palms of Mt. Pleasant. He is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, N.Y. He is also a Certified Executive Chef with The American Culinary Federation, since 1983. Doug finds that the residents are so much fun and appreciative of the services that we provide them daily! Doug has two children, Jessica and Jason. Doug enjoys boating, bowling, gardening, fast cars and spending time with family in his spare time!

Jessie Scott, Director of Sales, Savannah Grace
Jessie Scott is the Director of Sales at Savannah Grace on campus at The Palms of Mt. Pleasant. She is back home in Charleston after earning her Masters in Health Administration from the University of North Carolina. This is her first job in long term care and she couldn't be happier! The residents and staff make Savannah Grace such a wonderful place to work! In her free time, Jessie enjoys traveling with her friends and family and spending as much time as she can outdoors.

Beth Gill, Director of Activities, Savannah Grace
Beth Gill is the Director of Activities at Savannah Grace at The Palms of Mt. Pleasant. She is from Mt. Pleasant, SC and came to us after many years of raising children, retail management and teaching elementary school. Her two children, two dogs, and tennis keep me busy outside of work. She adores our community of seniors for their wisdom, humor, and good old fashioned values!

Mollie Coleman, Director of Rehab Services, Savannah Grace
Mollie Coleman attended the Medical University of South Carolina and received her Masters Degree in Rehabilitative Sciences/Physical Therapy. She has been employed in this community since 2002, where she began as a physical therapist. Rehabiliation services provided at Savannah Grace include physical, occupational and speech therapy. Therapists are certified in the most recent and effective modalities providing residents with excellent quality therapy services.

Meet Sherrie Pompeii, Director of Life Enrichment! Sherrie is originally from the East Coast but has lived as far away as California! Sherrie received her B.S. in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Administration with a minor in Community Recreation Leadership and Management. She started working with seniors over 22 years ago. She enjoys many craft hobbies and spending time with family and friends!

Cindy Fancher, Business Office Manager
Cindy Fancher is the Business Office Manager for The Palms of Mt. Pleasant. Cindy is a native from Atlanta and recently relocated to the lowcountry to be close to her daughter. She previously worked in the Real Estate development field. She brings over 30 years experience in business and accounting. She enjoys family time and entertaining with friends.

Marisa Ferguson, Director of Community Relations
Marisa Ferguson is the Director of Community Relations for The Palms of Mt. Pleasant. She is originally from Virginia Beach and relocated to Charleston from Pennsylvania in 2007. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication with a minor in Gerontology at York College of Pennsylvania. Marisa has advocated for older adults throughout college and her professional career and truly loves the stories that have been shared with her and the friendships she has made – she now has hundreds of grandparents…and counting!

Leslie Rivers, RN, Director of Nursing
Leslie Rivers is the Director of Nursing over Assisted Living and Seasons, a neighborhood specially designed for our residents with Alzheimer's and other related dementias. Leslie is a Charleston native and previously worked as a nurse for hospice in the area. She enjoys spending time with her husband, children and her new grandbaby!

Kim Piccione, Director of Social Services
Kim Piccione is the Director of Social Services at Savannah Grace, our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She is from the Charleston area and has lived in Mt. Pleasant now for about 10 years. She has a Bachelors Degree in Human Services and has over 25 years experience in this field. She is a certified state of SC Ombudsman and is passionate about the rights and well being of seniors in our community. She has two children. Her son is currently living in Korea and teaches English as a second language and her daughter will be attending Winthrop University.

Daphne Benbow, Human Resources Coordinator
Daphne Benbow is the Human Resources Coordinator here at The Palms of Mt. Pleasant. She was born and raised in New York and has two lovely children Jasmine (22) and Javed (17). She was hired to work at Savannah Grace in March of 2007 as a receptionist and worked there for 3 years. In May of 2010, Daphne was promoted within The Palms as the Human Resources Coordinator. She loves working at The Palms because she enjoys talking and interacting with the residents on a daily basis.

Amy Gant, Director of Housekeeping
Amy Gant is the Director of Housekeeping for The Palms of Mt. Pleasant. She has been working at the property for nearly four years and loves her job. Amy loves planting roses and spending time with her three children and one grandchild. Every day, the residents "make her day"!
